   Your full name, desired car model (e.g. Jimny, Karimun, Avanza),
   pick up & drop off date, your mobile number,
   For airport pick-up include flight number,
   For hotel pick-up: name and address of hotel, reception telephone number,
   pick up time.

2. Our customer service will reply you inquiry maximum 24hours, in most cases we reply the booking to your email around 1 hour.
3. Reply the booking with a confirm word.
4. The car is ready to use and our rep will deliver the car at the recommendation location and time.
